What do you do to make yourself sleep early?

There are so many factors that make me stay up late: sleeping too much in the morning, consuming caffein before bed, thinking or upsetting about something or someone and being on the screen a lot. To make myself go to bed early i have to be disciplined by setting up the alarm at the certain time no matter what happen in my life i go to bed at that time. Trying to eliminate all the factor that i listed at the top. Plus, reading book normally help me go to bed easier and listen to 423 hz frequency can help me fall into sleep
